Length-of-service allowance

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.97 of Law 92-020/AN-RM establishing the Labour Code of Mali, it is paid to any staff member with three (3) years’ service at ANAM as follows:

• 3 per cent after 3 years’ service,
• 5 per cent after 5 years’ service,

plus 1 per cent for each additional year, up to a maximum of 15 per cent.
